Install
  1. Install Database
    A. Install MySQL Application.
      1. Download Windows Essentials from http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/mysql/5.1.html
      2. Run the msi you downloaded.
         a. Typical install & default options are fine.
	    (Next, Next, Install, Next, Next, (leave config checked) Finish)
         b. MySQL Instance Configuration Wizard
	    (Next, Check Standard Config, Next, Next, enter a password & confirm, Next, Execute)
    C. Install ODBC Connectors.
      1. Download the Driver Installer from http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/connector/odbc/3.51.html
      2. Run the msi and just select typical/default options.
	 (Next, Next, Install, Finish)
    B. Install GUI Tools (Optional, but recommended at this stage).
      1. Download GUI Tools from http://dev.mysql.com/downloads/gui-tools/5.0.html
      2. Run the msi you downloaded.
         a. Select Complete Install and defaults on the rest of the options.
            (Next, Accept Terms then Next, Next, Next, Install, Next, Next, Finished)
  2. Install the Virtual Crib software
    A. Download the package Setup v0.0.5.0
    B. Run the msi you downloaded.
    C. Leave Program Group as vCrib.
    D. After install, go to the install directory and edit the vCrib.ini file in notepad.
      1. Put the IP or Hostname of the box where you installed MySQL, or localhost.
      2. Change the username and password to the one you created in the database from above.
    E. Make sure Windows Media Player is upgraded to version 11 and configured before running vCrib!
  3. Install the vCrib DB 
      1. Run MySQL Administrator from you Start Menu.
        a. Put 'localhost' in the Server Host field.
        b. Put 'root' in the Username field.
        c. Put the password you chose above in the password field.
        d. Click OK
      2. Click Restore, Then click Open Backup File.
      3. Browse to the FULL DB v0.0.5.0.sql file, then click Open.
      4. Click Start Restore, and click Close when it is done.
      5. Finish Configurating MySQL
        a. Click on User Administration.
        b. Click on Add New User
        c. Enter a User Name and Password.
        d. Click on Schema Privileges.
        e. Click on archon\_dbo
        f. Click on <<
        g. Click on Apply Changes
  4. Supporting Applications.
    A. Install Insteon SDM 308 if you are using an Insteon PLC.
    B. Download and Install MS' Speech Development Kit. (SpeechSDK51.exe)
